Northern Victoria Orthotic & Prosthetic Service P/L was established in 1999 to provide easy access to orthotic and prosthetic care to residents of Northern Victoria and Southern New South Wales.
Our practice values of ‘personalised, specialised, customised’ underpin all aspects of client care: clinical, technical and administration.
We provide personalised care of the individual, including our clients, their family, our colleagues and our referrers. We have specialised skills to address the clients’ needs. We are always learning in order to increase our knowledge and skills in this specialised are. We provide customised and custom devices and advice to meet client and referrer requirements.
Our focus is the best device and advice for each client’s circumstances. Our broad experience allows us to provide orthoses for both acute and chronic conditions from paediatrics to the elderly for conditions such as fractures, polio, stroke, cerebral palsy and amputation. Our focus is on a high-quality service with positive client outcomes. We use the most clinically appropriate technology for each client and quality is ensured by fabrication of custom-made orthoses and prostheses on site in Shepparton from materials and components accessed from around the world.
Our team
The NVOPS team comprises clinical, technical and admiration staff. NVOPS is happy to describe the team as a work family, the small team has been together for many years.
REFERRERS
The NVOPS team are keen to work with referrers to achieve excellent client outcomes. In order to achieve this, consultations are required for assessment and prescription for all orthosis revisions.
